Request/Complaint

It is advisable to complete a Request / Complaint from in respect of any complaint that you have. However, we realise that this may not resolve your complaint and we will not hesitate to act speedily on your behalf. We have considerable experience in working with the Briefing and Casework Unit, Area Managers and the Ombudsman to quash decisions made by prison governors. The governor's decision may also be challenged by judicial review.
