Previously known as the DTI or the Department of Trade & Industry since its change of name to the Department of Business Enterprise & Regulatory Reform, it has also taken on its previous role of prosecuting directors who have previously been disqualified or made bankrupt. 

We have advised, assisted and represented directors who have been prosecuted under the terms of the Company Directors Disqualification Act and the Insolvency Act and have assisted in the disqualification procedure that follows.
