We are able to take conduct of Police investigations at all stages.  We have many years of experience in dealing with the prosecution and police investigation in any type of PACE (Police & Criminal Evidence Act) interview, whether that be conducted by a Police Officer, a Benefits Officer, member of the Customs or by DBERR.  We are able to advise in relation to your rights under a PACE interview or alternatively, what you should say or not say during a high pressure interview.

We cannot stress how vital it is to have good representation at this stage.  This is the starting point of all criminal prosecutions, the investigations conducted by way of a PACE interview by the police or any prosecuting authority.  Advice at this stage can determine whether charges will follow or not – it can make or break a case.  Police interviews have to be conducted properly and professionally if there is any chance to avoid a criminal prosecution.
