We have been instructed by individuals as well as organisations to advise in relation to matters pending for investigations before the Trading Standards Agencies, run by the local authorities.

Whether it be for a trademark matter or a counterfeiting matter, and whether the case is in its early days of an investigation via a ‘PACE’ interview or in the throws of a full prosecution, we are able to assist.  We have also represented small businesses to large multinational chains in prosecutions brought by Trading Standards agencies.  Cases range from trade descriptions applied to travel arrangements to selling alcohol and cigarettes to minors.
