Possession of items to damage

The Criminal Damage Act 1971 makes it an offence to possess anything with which it is possible to damage property and endanger life. 

Magistrates can hand down a sentence of 6 months in prison and a £5000 fine.

Crown Court can give unlimited fines and 10 years in prison.
