Motoring Offences Legal Fees & Costs

We are able to offer an initial consultation in relation to any road traffic offence at any stage of the proceedings; from the point at which an offence may have been committed (when you may have a Request for Information to consider) and to advising following conviction/sentence and/or about your prospects of success in connection with an appeal.

Our fee structure will be discussed and agreed in full with you prior to any work being undertaken.  The fees we charge will of course vary from case to case and will depend on the type of offence, court/case location and seniority of the lawyer engaged on your case.  We are, however, able to deal with the most straightforward 'Guilty' plea cases for from as little as £495 inclusive of VAT.
